Stop being "polite" to cyclists.

Don't wave cyclists across lanes of traffic while you have the right of way and your vehicle blocks the view of traffic. Follow the law and be predictable. This happens way too often. 3 cars tried to "be polite" and wave me into dangerous situations. Then I have to yell that I'm not doing it which makes me look ungrateful/rude.
